Business Support

The purchase of a support plan is required for all business phone systems.

Two plans are available.

Full coverage is just that. All equipment is covered 24/7. Replacements required from theft, vandalism, or negligence, are excluded from free replacement. We will keep spares on hand along with backups. We will travel to your location for maintenance, repairs, and service as required. Arrival is guaranteed to be under 2 hours for a system outage during normal business hours. Full coverage is available for any business telephone customer within 30 miles of downtown Rockford, Illinois. Full coverage support is available 24/7.

Remote Support includes telephone support, remote access and configuration services. Replacements can be purchased and picked up at our offices in downtown Rockford during normal business hours or we will ship by FedEx as requested. Remote Support is available Monday through Friday during business hours.

Residential Support

Free technical support is available by telephone for all residential voip customers and is included in our normal service fees. Residential support is available 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm.
